NEW PATIENTS - PLEASE CALL TO BOOK YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT AT 250-570-1925. INITIAL VISITS ARE NOT BOOKABLE ONLINE AND MUST BE BOOKED WITH A RECEPTIONIST.

You are considered a new patient if:

-You are booking a Chiropractic Visit and have not seen a chiropractor at the clinic before

-You are booking a Registered Massage Therapy Visit and have not seen an RMT at the clinic before

If you are switching to a different Registered Massage Therapist, you must book at least 45 minutes with them, as we do not offer initial 30 minute treatments for massage. If you are switching to a different Chiropractor, you must book a 20 minute re-evaluation.

We are thrilled and thankful to be open again during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering you a modified clinic experience for your health and safety. We have implemented several policies and procedures to meet public health requirements in order to remain open and provide you with quality health care.

Our environmental safety measures include: enhanced and diligent cleaning protocols, physical changes within the clinic such as removal of certain items, installing transparent reception barriers and posting informative signage.

Our personal safety measures include: daily self assessments by all practitioners and staff, who are required to remain at home if they have any symptoms of illness, and diligent hand washing/hand sanitizing. Patients will be asked a brief COVID-19 screening questionnaire when checked in at the front desk. Masks are now optional for patients, practitioners, and staff.

If you have any symptoms of illness, please remain at home and call the clinic to reschedule your appointment.

Please be advised that we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation/no-show fee. Cancellations can be made by phone or email, and voicemail is acceptable.

Chiropractors are extensively educated in the prevention, assessment, diagnosis and management of spine, muscle and nervous system (also known as musculoskeletal or MSK) conditions. Chiropractors provide health care through manual therapy techniques including manipulation, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation exercise. Chiropractors are also trained to provide patient education, nutritional counselling and injury prevention strategies. They recommend a course of treatment to help relieve pain and improve function without surgery or pharmaceuticals for conditions related to the spine and extremities.
Specific training in spinal manipulative therapy allows chiropractors to provide adjustments using highly-skilled and precise movements to the vertebrae of the spine (and other joints of the body) correcting joint motion to restore proper movement and improve function.
